Contractor All Risk insurance covers property owners, occupants or construction contractors against loss and damage arising during the renovation process.
The insured will be covered for any legal liabilities arising from third-party bodily injuries and property damage during the process of construction work. Some plans also cover vibration damage, providing indemnity against legal liability in respect of third-party property damage arising from vibration during contract work.
